Independent Database Dahua CCDB300M

Enable 300 million database service.
Note:
1. if you want to use this service, you also need to buy 300 million database server (R450-4309y*2-32G*4-2T*2-960G*2-8 Gigabit ports, 1.2.02.02.10417)

2. Note: if you enable this function, hot standby function will be invalid in V1.1.0 (in V1.2.0, we will support hot standby function even when Independent Database is enabled). For now, you can contact Feng Weimiao and use customization way to complete it.
Once the data migration from main server to 300 million database server ends, the original database in main server will be invalid.
